Pride Month
This year we are adopting the rainbow logo for the month of June to show our unwavering support for the LGBTQ+ community, especially in light of the alarming increase in hate crimes. Recent statistics reveal a 112% rise in hate crimes against LGBTQ+ individuals and a staggering 186% increase against transgender people in the UK. By adopting the rainbow logo, we aim to promote inclusivity, raise awareness about these pressing issues, and reinforce our commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
Webinar: Family and Allyship in our LGBTQ+ Community
On 6th June 2024, representatives from Knight Frank, Savills, CBRE and The Proud Trust shared their unique experiences of supporting LGBTQ+ families and creating inclusive spaces for the LGBTQ+ community, in a webinar: Family and Allyship in our LGBTQ+ Community.
Everyone had a unique take on what allyship they have practiced as part of this. Their insights are valuable for others looking to replicate this allyship and create more inclusive spaces for the LGBTQ+ community.

"Acknowledging the ongoing challenges faced by different generations across the LGBTQ+ population is incredibly important – not just during Pride month, but for the long term. Creating a truly inclusive environment where everyone feels seen and valued for who they are, is crucial for our people, our business and our industry. As Executive Sponsor for LGBTQ+, I am proud to support the work that our teams are doing to deliver insight-led actions around diversity, equity and inclusion, and demonstrate our commitment to creating a more equitable environment for all."
