Social mobility at Knight Frank

Socioeconomic diversity acknowledges the variety of economic backgrounds and experiences within our organisation. Promoting socioeconomic diversity ensures we value employees from various economic backgrounds. Recognising socioeconomic differences helps mitigate biases and creates opportunities for individuals, regardless of their personal and social circumstances.

We aim to focus on regular evaluations and reporting on progress to ensure accountability and continuous improvement in our long-term commitment to social mobility and diversity.

Employee Resource Group: Rise

Our aim is to focus on welcoming people from all socioeconomic backgrounds to the business. We’re committed to attracting, retaining, and developing top talent from underserved communities to thrive at Knight Frank.

Key objectives

  • Put together a successful launch event, with the aim to boost membership by 60-100
  • Work with Making the Leap to ensure our educational piece covers all the relevant topics of social mobility
  • Host a monthly club where members can bring areas they would like to develop, whether personal or related to the business. Members will be paired with someone in the group with the relevant expertise to assist them in that area
