Why is it primed for growth?
Traditionally the commuting distance has been seen as too lengthy for most Geneva executives, but the recent launch of the CEVA train line combined with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has greatly reduced road traffic and the area is witnessing a surge of interest from families drawn to the open spaces.

I love the location of the village, between the lake, for swimming, sailing and paddleboarding, and wide-open fields for riding, running and cycling.
What will my money buy me?
With lake view land prices reaching circa CHF2,600 per sq m, houses tend to start at CHF2 million for a four-bedroom terraced house with a nice garden. For a larger residence with a private pool and lake views, expect to pay CHF6 million-plus.
One thing the locals like to keep secret:
There are a couple of hidden lakeside beaches that are only for those in the know, plus the area offers some great wine from half-a-dozen local producers.
