Henry Faun provides an update on the UK Residential property market
Henry Faun, Partner, Head of Private Office at Knight Frank Middle East featured on Dubai Eye 103.8 breakfast show this morning, highlighting that despite lockdown in England, the government has allowed the housing market to continue to operate, with Knight Frank supporting clients with recorded property videos, live video tours and 3D walkthroughs.

Henry also discusses how many in the UK have reassessed their lifestyle since the first lockdown and how this has affected their demand for property and more importantly their changing property requirements.
When asked about buyer appetite in the Middle East, Henry commented, “We’re cautiously optimistic for the rest of this year and 2021. We’ve seen perhaps more demand than ever in the past few months as many of our clients locally – both ex-pats looking at the UK, and nationals based here, have reassessed their circumstances and decided they would like a second home in the UK or a foot on the ground there.”
