Nigel has experience of valuing a wide range of property assets, including offices, industrial, business parks, retail, retail warehousing and leisure facilities. He has particular responsibility for client administration on behalf of Hermes for the Hermes Property Unit Trust Fund which is valued on a monthly basis and the Cambridge University and Clipstone portfolios which are valued on a quarterly basis. He is also responsible for the administration of two year end instructions on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management; namely the Nationwide and Total Pension Funds.
