Matthew joined Knight Frank in May 2015 and has over 15 years’ experience in real estate valuation. He is signatory on a number of UK Funds and REITs managed by abrdn, AEW, Aviva Investors and Swiss Life Asset Management.
As well as managing his own portfolio mandates, Matthew provides individual regular purpose valuation advice to other clients for the assets, including asset management scenarios as part of negotiations with tenants. He also prepares ad-hoc valuation reports for potential acquisition, financial reporting and loan security purposes across the industrial, retail warehouse and office sectors.
Previously, Matthew qualified in London in 2012 as a General Practice Surveyor before joining Colliers International in UAE where he provided valuation advice on retail, office, industrial, hotel and BTR assets plus development land for loan security, financial reporting, and acquisition / disposal purposes across the MENA region.
