Lizzie Breckner is a Partner in Knight Frank's Living Sectors Research team. As Head of Residential Investment Research, Lizzie leads a team dedicated to the build to rent, single family housing and co-living markets, as well as the broader private rented sector.

Lizzie is responsible for analysing and reporting on market trends, and regularly presents Knight Frank's views to clients and at events. Lizzie leads on the production of bespoke, quantitative consultancy projects, which provide innovative, data-led advice to investor, developer, lender, operator and public sector clients.
