Jeremy joined Knight Frank in February 2010 as a Facilities Assistant in the Residential Property Management team being responsible for the
Building Insurance claims on the Church Commissioners portfolio newly taken on by the company. Jeremy moved to the Property Asset Management team in 2016 where his current role see’s him take responsibility for a portfolio of properties within the South. The role covers all aspects of FM but with the main focus on the Health and Safety compliance and Fire Safety working with Risk Assessors and contractors to achieve the required levels.
Other functions within the role include PPM and reactive works on behalf of the tenants and
Client, contractor management, insurance claim management and customer service.
