Catherine Holtom oversees operations for the London Sales division alongside Lauren Williamson, managing a large team of Business Support and Operations Coordinators across the London office network. Catherine and Lauren work closely with James Clarke, Head of London Sales and John Rockel, Head of Operations & Strategy to ensure our teams are equipped to provide an exceptional level of service to all.
After joining Knight Frank in 2016 as Office Manager in Horsham, Catherine went on to become Regional Operations Coordinator to the Central London region in 2019 and became Operations Manager for London Sales in 2021.
Catherine was invited to become an Associate of the firm in 2020.
