Amelia recently joined Knight Frank as a Senior Property Manager to work alongside Will Monk and Robin Stevenson in the Central London Property and Asset Management Team, having spent five years at Colliers International.
Amelia is currently responsible for the management of large Central London commercial assets, with a portfolio of over 1.7 million sq. ft. under management.
Amelia deals with the day-to-day management responsibilities of the buildings, as well as the building financial management, budgetary sign off and providing strategic asset management advice to Clients.
Amelia is acutely aware of the importance of landlord and customer relationships and makes a particular effort to enhance and build upon these.
