_Knight Frank completes sale of charming former farmhouse, Marsh Farm Hotel

Situated on the outskirts of the market town of Royal Wootton Bassett, the hotel benefits from excellent transport links and is ideally located for visitors to explore popular areas such as the Cotswolds, Bristol and Oxford.

The hotel comprises 50 en suite bedrooms with views of the private gardens and surrounding open countryside, a lounge bar, a glasshouse restaurant and seven conference rooms. The hotel has proved popular as a wedding venue, offering three reception rooms and a self-contained banqueting suite.
