About the property

The island's name may have 'little' in it, but that couldn't be further from reality. There are a number of thoughtfully positioned houses and cottages which spread across the island for principal, family or guest use. There's even scope for you to add further accommodation if you need it.

No matter where you perch yourself, you'll be surrounded by incredible seascape views and pristine private beaches.

Leisure and sport

Although the accommodation itself is something to marvel at, Little Pipe Cay has more spectacle and spender to feast your eyes on, such as a sea barn which contains boats and water sports equipment, as well as several hundred feet of dock frontage to accommodate small and large boats.

Of course, there are a number of suitable surrounding spots to moor a super yacht as well.

Although we didn't know where to begin with describing the beauty of Little Pipe Cay, we definitely know where to begin with the amenities; adding to the pristine azure is the seaside swimming pool. How do you feel about a deep tissue massage surrounded by the gentle knocking of the Caribbean Sea against the wooden deck beneath you? 

There's also private parking, staff accommodation and 24 hour security.

Transport

The island, located 70 miles from Nassau and 270 miles from Miami, is accessed directly by sea plane from the private Odyssey terminal on New Providence, adjoining the International Airport at Nassau, where there are 10 commercial flights a day from Miami. 

Private planes or charters can also land at nearby Staniel Cay, where a short, scenic ride connects to the island.
